When a homeowner is...

interested in restoring or remodeling their home, usually they fit into one of two categories.

Either...

1)      Your plans and designs are ready to go; or you have a very solid idea of your dream kitchen or new space. Or...
2)     You just know that it's time for an updated bathroom, modernized kitchen or are in need of additional square footage. But you need a professional Contractor's guidance.

No matter which category describes your situation best...We are here to assist!

Here's how Sunrise Restoration works with You to help you create the home you crave. . .

THE SUNRISE FOUR STEP PROCESS

STEP ONE:        SET THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT
The first step is to set a time to meet at your home. At this initial meeting, a Design Consultant will walk the property with you to look at the existing rooms, house structure and condition. At this time we will assess the scope of your unique project.

STEP TWO:      SCHEDULE THE DESIGN TEAM
If architectural plans are required, we will bring in our top-notch and experienced design team to review your ideas as well as provide some of their own ideas. Their ideas are always fresh, cutting edge and what we are currently seeing in the marketplace. The ultimate goal:

You realize the remodel YOU envisioned!

STEP THREE:    MAKE THE SELECTIONS
Most of our clients like to be very involved every step of the way in the selection process. The majority work closely with our designers to formulate an interior design plan that will flow with the home, enhance the home's current characteristics and improve the overall design as we go.
Conversely, if you don't want to be that active in the process, know that is perfectly fine too! Many clients would rather turn their project over to our design team completely. Our design team is happy to make beautiful selections that are the best fit for the end result.

STEP FOUR:     THE PLAN
Our Project Manager and Crew will lay out a complete construction schedule to be presented to the homeowner prior to the initial start of construction is always subject to schedule changes, but we always adapt and keep in close communication with our clients every step of the way. We do this by keeping you in the loop by providing monthly, weekly and even daily schedule updates. We are committed to providing several forms of communication to fit your busy lifestyle.
